The July issue of Rare Magazine is available now, so pick up your copy at your local Austin joint. This month’s issue is all about Austin’s “Nightlife,” and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Mandy Lauderdale. Isn’t she fantastic?? She’s a local cabaret singer and I’m dying to check out one of her shows! You can check out her super-cool website here.

The May issue of Rare Magazine is out on newsstands now, and features the “Rarest of Them All.” The best of Austin’s restaurants, artists, clothing stores, etc. are all featured here. And best of all, CJ, Maggie Mae, and even our pup Arne make an appearance. I had a blast shooting this issue! Check it out!

When the editor suggested I bring along a model for Downstairs’ shoot, I thought CJ would be perfect! This is the only time you’ll see CJ wearing “man” jewelry. Work it Ceej!

Here’s Arne (back left) with store mascot, Pickles. This shoot was a little challenging. Let’s just say Pickles reeeally “liked” Arne and had some posing ideas of his own. Ha! But don’t they look like such good boys?
