Their wedding was held at Shannon’s family ranch, which is a beautiful bed and breakfast and horse-boarding ranch. I can imagine how much fun it was growing up here, riding horses and exploring the acres and acres of fields and woods. Amazing! And a perfect setting for their wedding day.

Shannon was such a beautiful bride, and I loved her birdcage veil.

Shannon and Jason’s sweet pup, Maisie, kept Shannon company while she got ready for her big day.

Jason and Shannon chose to see each other before the ceremony. I adore this moment…

As soon as we drove up to the ranch and spotted this gorgeous field of yellow flowers, I knew we had to get out there. It had rained the night before and the grounds were quite muddy, but luckily, Shannon and Jason had no problem with hiking up their pants and dress and trekking through the field to capture these pics.

The guests were carried to the ceremony site on horse-drawn carriages. So cool!

Shannon’s brother officiated the ceremony and their siblings made up the wedding party.

One of my many faves!

They made their entrance into the cocktail hour serenaded by a fantastic group of mariachis!

Shannon’s friend Alex and her sweet little girl, Lowe.

A dear friend of Shannon’s made their cake, which looked delicious!

This is one of the cabins on their property, which some of the family members enjoyed during their stay.

Bonfire!

The wedding was really animal-friendly! Here’s one of the guest’s dogs hanging out on the dance floor.

This was such a special occasion to be a part of. Jason and Shannon really personalized their wedding day in so many ways and created a down-home celebration that was enjoyed by all. After a honeymoon in Fiji, they’ll be celebrating with a reception with Jason’s family members in Hong Kong. It should be a fabulous event!
Congratulations Shannon and Jason!! I hope you’re having a wonderful adventure in Fiji!
